Valerie’s talk was wonderful! This morning she shared excellent nuggets...very helpful and inspiring. She gave us a lot to incorporate for our days to come. I love when she shared about gratitude... writing and speaking gratitude even in the midst of our grief. Awesome words!

Myers Compassionate Grief Services “Monthly Grief Conversations” are an absolute must and a much needed service to help you grieve with dignity. The virtual monthly grief conversations inspire me and give new hope to know that “grieving is real. It soothes my inner feelings and thoughts with the reassurance to “Be true to myself” and accept the “Real Truth” about how I feel. In addition, it provides a safe space and place to interact with others to talk, laugh and cry. If you want restoration, renewal and revitalization while grieving, I recommend Myers Compassionate Grief Services Monthly Conversations

I have participated in Valerie Myers’ “Monthly Grief Conversations” since inception. Valerie makes it easy to talk about topics which can be considered “taboo” by many. Through asking carefully probing questions, she provides a safe place for the group to engage in conversations about our feeling regarding the death of our loved ones. Not only is Valerie skilled in encouraging us to express our thoughts and feelings about grief, she also encourages us to think about your own mortality and assists us on how to prepare for it. Thanks Valerie for giving back to the community by hosting these valuable workshops for friends, family and the community. Your willingness to share your expertise provides us with much needed tools to navigate the grieving process.
